Learning objectives:
  • Ensure school communities possess knowledge and a shared understanding of the signs and risks of child abuse.
  • Explore youth values and attitudes towards relationships and sexual activity (both physical and virtual) focusing on peer on peer abuse.
  • Understand the importance of establishing child protection systems within schools.
  • Learn the importance of access to a multi-disciplinary team of experts.
  • Effectively manage allegations of abuse and strengthen decision-making.

#2 For Counsellors and Psychologists ONLY (2 Days)

Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS*), including case consultation *Certification program for counsellors and psychologists

Learning objectives:
  • To become certified to provide Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS). 
  • To gain insights, strategies and methods through consultation to address current cases.

Cancellation of event registration must be made via your original registration.

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will incur an administrative fee of 50 Euro / 50 USD (excluding VAT).
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event, or non-attendance at the event itself, will not be refunded.
